Featured Food: Escabecheng Lapu-lapu

Lapu-lapu is know for its fullness and heavenly taste. It has been my favorite since childhood years.

I hope to cook one for my family someday but for now I am so fine with Krua Thai's own version of Sweet and Sour (escabecheng lapu-lapu).
