Dirty Kitchen
I'd say this is a very primitive way of cooking but after all these times it has proven to be very efficient and effective.
It is able to cook our native chicken really quick yet the tenderness of the meat was to its perfection. As if cooked on a low heat fire, the old burner made wonders.
It's very economical and I hope people will continue to adopt it despite the fast evolution of technology.
