Whenever I'd think of home I would always end up thinking my mother's special inununan or fish paksiw. I swear thinking about it wouldn't tire me just as eating eat.
This kind of fish is perfect for the Visayan version of fish paksiw. Cooked only with a small amount of vinegar, diluted with water plus a garlic and pickled chili. It's a must try favorite food to be cooked by many.
